It is compatible with over 100 existing iOS Apps and a SDK (Software Development Kit) is available allowing simple development and integration of new or existing Apps. It features Bluetooth Class 2 connection and an RFID antenna to read and write to tags with electronic product codes. It is also PCI compliant with a SRED module (Secure Reading and Exchange of Data) that adds extra security to card payments.
